1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Signal Fusion mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services") provided by Signal Fusion, a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our App.

2 Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3C Workplace Safety Limitation

The App's fatigue assessments are supplementary tools only and should not be used as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions in workplace environments. Employers remain fully responsible for implementing comprehensive safety protocols and compliance with occupational health regulations.
